Clubhouse Reservations

Clubhouse Rental Policies

These policies govern the reservation and use of the Rose Creek Crossing Homeowners Association Clubhouse, to ensure a safe, equitable and enjoyable experience for all residents.

1.1  Eligibility

• The clubhouse is available for reservation by Rose Creek Crossing residents in good standing.
• Reservations are denied if there is a past due amount on the resident's HOA dues.
• Only residents may reserve the clubhouse; non-residents are not permitted to make reservations.

1.2  Reservation Process

• Reservations must be made through the official HOA website.
• Reservations are limited to 2 per month per household and may not be made for consecutive days.
• Reservations cannot be made more than 90 days in advance.
• A reservation fee of $40.00 per day will be added to the resident's HOA dues.
• Cancellations must be made more than 7 days prior to the reservation date to avoid the $40.00 fee being charged to HOA dues.

1.3  Holiday and Special Event Reservations

• Reservations for holidays (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Pioneer Day, Halloween and 4th of July) and special event days (Super Bowl, BYU–Utah football game) are handled via a lottery drawing.
• Residents must submit a written request to board@rosecreekcrossing.com at least 45 days in advance of the lottery drawing to be eligible.
• Lottery drawings are held 45 days prior to the holiday or special event.

1.4  Usage Restrictions

• No commercial or business activities are permitted in the clubhouse at any time.
• Clubhouse reservations do not permit bringing more than 10 people (including the reserving resident) to the pool area.
• Exterior doors to the pool must not be propped open.

1.5  Facility Care and Cleaning

• Only blue painter's tape may be used to hang decorations; Scotch tape and other adhesives are prohibited.
• Cleaning supplies provided near the kitchen sink must be returned to their designated basket after use.
• The clubhouse must be cleaned thoroughly after use. Failure to clean properly may result in a cleaning fee of up to $150.00 added to the resident's HOA dues.
• Any damage to the clubhouse will result in repair costs being added to the resident's HOA dues.

1.6  Compliance

• All users must comply with these policies, local laws and additional HOA regulations.
• Failure to adhere to these policies may result in additional fees, loss of clubhouse privileges, or other disciplinary actions as determined by the HOA board.
